OpenOffice.org Support Program

Summary:

Currently, development of OpenOffice.org(OOo) is running by Humburg development team which is taking a leading part, and Japan has no main development team. It is unconvenient for users and developers to use OOo in Japanese Environment, compare to the applications which has main development team.

Good-day Inc. will promote OOo code analysis project to prepare development base of OOo in Japan, and develop a new business to support users who use OOo in Japanese environment. Future plan is getting ready now, but we will reply each inquiry.

Business results:

We participate in "Demonstration experiment of Open Source Desktop Introduction by AIST", and created various documents about OOo as an achievement of action in 2003. That release is in Manuals and FAQ of this site.

In detail, plan of publishing book is based on bibary(installation file) created as the result of OOo Code Analysis Project.
